• The consultation and contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, the procedure category you are interested in, and your message. If you send the form from a surgeon's profile page, the request notes which profile it came from.
• If you email us directly, we receive your address and whatever you include in the message.
• Like almost every website, the infrastructure that serves this site keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used to operate and secure the site.

This site is not a medical service, and messages sent here are not medical records. They are not covered by the confidentiality rules that protect what you tell a physician. Please do not include medical records, diagnoses, photographs, or detailed health information in a form submission or email; those belong in a consultation room with a surgeon you have chosen.

We use what you send us to:

• Reply to you by email, usually within two business days.
• Point you to the verified surgeons in the registry who match the procedure and preferences you described.
• Handle correction and removal requests.

We do not sell or rent personal information, we do not run advertising, and we do not add you to any marketing list.

Form submissions are stored with the infrastructure providers that host this site and its database, and email lives with our email provider. Those providers process the data only to run the service. Beyond them, we share personal information only if the law requires it. We do not pass your details to a surgeon or anyone else without your request; asking about a surgeon does not notify that surgeon.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. The hosting infrastructure may use strictly necessary cookies or logs to serve and secure the site. There is no account system and nothing here follows you around the web.

Email info@nycbeautysurgeon.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and we will act on the request promptly. Surgeons listed in the registry may use the same address to request a correction to their profile or removal from the directory.

The site is written for adults considering elective procedures and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors; if you believe a minor has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means the current version applies.
